Our crew works throughout Everman regularly, and we understand the local conditions that affect concrete flooring work here. When permits are required for structural repairs or new pours, we coordinate with the City of Everman directly, so that process does not fall on the homeowner. Most coating and polishing work on existing slabs does not require a permit, but we flag it when it does.
Everman covers just over 2 square miles, which means we can get to any home in the city quickly. The housing stock here is almost entirely small single-family brick homes built before 1980 - the kind of properties where concrete driveways, garage slabs, and covered patios have all had decades to respond to the local clay. Homes near Everman ISD schools and city hall along Race Street are a common part of our service area, and we know what to expect on these properties before we arrive. The February 2021 freeze also left damage on a number of older slabs here that was patched quickly at the time - if your concrete has shown new cracking or surface changes since then, it is worth having it properly assessed.
We also serve communities that border Everman. If you are in Crowley to the south or southwest, or in Forest Hill to the north, we cover those areas as part of our regular south Tarrant County territory.
